there will be a film screening of fela! on broadway at the new afrika shrine in lagos tomorrow. i have seen it twice in nyc already, but still might check out the screening just to see the response of a nigerian audience to the show. tix cost N500 and are available on site the day of the show or at the british council office in ikoyi beforehand. live performances to come later in the year. --AL.
